Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Please contact us. However, once your order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is provided worldwide with only a few exceptions. You can find a full list of all supported countries in the checkout process. Please contact us if your country is not supported. Please note that we accept returns, but the organization and cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders above EUR 99 or USD 99 to most destinations. For selected countries and regions, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that the final shipping costs are calculated at checkout and that in the case of cross-border deliveries (shipping from Austria, Europe), additional taxes and / or duties might apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take until my order arrives?
Orders are processed in 1 - 2 business days and will arrive within 5 - 7 business days of being shipped. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order is processed and shipped. Express orders will arrive within 1 - 2 business days of being shipped.
