Follow the procedure below step by step to resolve connectivity problems between EasyDens and your smartphone or tablet:
1. Turn on EasyDens. Make sure the LED light of EasyDens is blinking.
2. Download the app
3. Start the app and give permission for the usage of Bluetooth and location tracking (Android only). Tap on "Connect", you should see a list of Bluetooth devices. The serial number of your EasyDens should be displayed. If you are using EasyDens Gen. 1 the device will be displayed only as "EasyDens". Select the EasyDens device.
4. If the loading indicator does not disappear please try resetting your Bluetooth and turn off wifi, Hotspot 2.0, or any other hotspot as described here: Connection problems with Samsung devices running Android 10
5. If you have refused the necessary authorizations of the app during the installation process (e.g. access to images), the app will not work properly. In this case, uninstall the app and reinstall it with the necessary authorizations.
If all of the above steps fail to connect your device with EasyDens, we kindly ask you to forward a log file to support@easydens.com via email using the support function of the app (Go to "Settings" - "Contact Support" and activate "Share analytical data"). The EasyDens team will contact you as quickly as possible.
