This message appears when a unit is selected that is not supported by your device (EasyDens or SmartRef). The selected unit is incompatible with the device’s measurement principle and therefore cannot be measured, displayed, or calculated.
How can I fix this issue?
In the app, go to "Settings" then "Display units" and select a unit that is supported by your device.
